Your First Appointment:
Please arrive 5 to 7 mins before your scheduled appointment to allow time for filling out an intake form. If the door is locked when you arrive, that means we are finishing up with the current client and we will be with you shortly.
Whether you are using a Certificate purchased from us, Groupon or Yelp, you will be upgraded to a member massage which is a full 60 min massage with a hot towel, peppermint foot lotion and personal customization, such as pressure and extra focus on particular areas if requested. If you are late for your appointment, we will use the remaining time for your massage. You will still be charged for the original amount of time scheduled.
Using a Certificate:
If purchased through Groupon - Select the "Non-Member" option and choose one of the Groupon options listed.
If purchased through us directly - Select the "Non-Member" option and select 60-Min Massage at $90 or the 90-Min Massage for $125.
Completing your Appointment:
Please make sure you receive an email confirmation after you have made your appointment online. To receive appointment confirmations, you must opt-in to receive email notifications when creating your online profile.
Fees for Recurring Groupon Users & Expired Certificates:
If you have already visited us in the past and have purchased an additional Groupon for your upcoming visit, there will be an additional fee of:
$60 for each 60-min visit.
$90 for each 90-min visit.
An additional $35 if using an expired certificate.
*Certificates that expired during the COVID-19 closure will be extended through Dec 2020.
Massage packages purchased directly through our website do not expire.
No-Show & other Fees:
As our time is our inventory, we lose money when a time slot has been reserved and not used. Therefore, we require a 24-hr cancellation notice so that we may have ample time to reuse that spot for someone else. We charge a $40 fee for 60 min no-shows and $65 on 90 min no-shows. If you call to cancel the same day, it will be considered a no-show and the $40 fee will apply. We charge a $25 fee for last-minute appointment downgrades from 90 to 60 mins, as that time had already been reserved for your original appointment. We charge a $2 credit card processing fee on all credit card transactions except for membership auto pays and massage packages purchased directly from our website.
We do not offer couples massages. We are a small facility and can accommodate up to two persons at a time. If you are trying to book two simultaneous appointments, you would need to open two browsers that will show each of our schedules to compare and find two open spots at the same time. Please be aware that finding 2 open spots at the same time is not an easy task, therefore, we do not offer or promote couples massages at our facility.
Phone Calls & Emails:
We do not have a receptionist. All calls or email responses are done by the therapists. The response time may vary depending on how many clients we have that day and how late we are working. Unfortunately, some inquiries may not receive a response during busy times and you may need to try a second attempt.
Prenatal massages are performed by Lidia if you are in your 3rd trimester. If you are in your 1st or 2nd trimester, we require a Dr's note approving the massage.
All massages are by appointment only, we do not accept walk-ins.
